Bulleit Burbon 3D Printed Bar

A completely 3D printed bar which traveled acress the US for Bulleit's #FrontierWorks campeign for Machine Histories. The innitial concept had to be engineered to be broken down and moved to multiple sites. A node and strut based solution was developed to meet the tight two month build timeline for printing, finishing and assembly.

In the end Grasshopper was used extensivly to parametrically generate and number each unique part for printing. The end result was a total of 3,750 components coming together. The parts were then SLS printed and finished with a copper paint before being assembeled into larger modulas to be shipped to site.

The completed assembled bar stood over 18' high and 36' in length.
